Draft: this policy should be reviewed by a qualified professional before the site goes live. It is not legal advice.

Bookings

You need an account to book. When you pay by card, your spot is held for 10 minutes while you complete payment. A booking is confirmed once payment is taken, an Unlimited membership or credit is used, or you choose to pay cash, and we'll email you a confirmation.

Paying cash

Single classes can be paid in cash at the studio. Your spot is reserved when you book, and payment is due before the class starts. Please bring the exact amount where possible.

Class credits

If you cancel a class you paid for in time, you receive a class credit to use on another session before the date shown in your account. Credits are personal and can't be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Unlimited membership

Unlimited is billed monthly by card from the day you join until you cancel. While your membership is active and paid up you can book as many classes as you like. If a payment fails, membership bookings pause until your card is updated. You can cancel at any time from your account; your membership stops renewing and runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

Health, safety and waiver

Exercise carries some risk of injury. By booking, you confirm that you are fit to take part, that you've answered the health questions honestly, and that you will tell your coach about any injury, illness or pregnancy before class. Always follow your coach's instructions, work within your limits and stop if you feel unwell.

Studio rules

Please arrive on time; late arrivals may not be able to join for safety reasons. Look after the equipment and put it back after use. Treat coaches and other members with respect. We may cancel the booking or membership of anyone who puts others at risk.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited by law. [Final liability wording to be confirmed by a solicitor.]
