Who we are
KORE Kettlebells ([legal business name], [registered address]) runs this website and the studio. We are responsible for the personal information you give us. Questions about your data? Email us using the address on our Contact page.
What we collect
Your name, email address, phone number and emergency contact; any health or injury notes you choose to give us; your bookings, attendance and purchases; and messages you send us. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Why we use it
To run your account and bookings, to keep you safe in class, to send booking emails such as confirmations, reminders and receipts, to answer your messages, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Health information
Health and injury notes are only used to keep you safe and adapt your training. Only your coach can see them. We rely on your explicit consent to hold this information, and you can update or remove it from your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
How long we keep it
We keep your account details while your account is open. Payment and booking records are kept for six years for accounting purposes. If you ask us to delete your account, we'll remove everything we're not legally required to keep.
